An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tech support in a Customer Service role to join a growing team in Cambridge.

Our client is seeking a proactive self-starter with a technical mindset and fantastic attention to detail.

As the Technical Support in a Customer Services role, you will be:

  • Managing documentation efficiently for inbound/outbound orders
  • Processing account information to suppliers
  • Highly organised with effective prioritisation
  • Troubleshooting proactively and investigate anything further that may arise.
  • Confident and clear communicator

As the Technical Support in Customer Service role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in tech support
  • High level of Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a team
  • Experience of CRM systems, managing internal tickets and supporting the customer in their journey
