Due to recent expansion and growth within the company we are looking to recruit a full-time accounts clerk to manage day to day accounting and credit control for the business.

A fast moving, modern 'digital first', paperless and carbon neutral company servicing of 2000 properties across the UK (and growing)


The role:

This full-time position (based at our Newton Aycliffe offices) will be working alongside our financial controller.

You will be the first point of contact for customers financial queries and will maintain day to day bookkeeping and basic credit control tasks.


The varied day to day tasks will include:

  • Recording day to day expenditure
  • Purchase orders
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Cash reconciliations
  • Raising invoices
  • Providing statements to clients
  • Chasing up overdue accounts
  • Assisting the financial controller in preparation of monthly management reports.
