Vitae Financial Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a high-growth and entrepreneurial brand, already with strong market share across Europe, as they look to enter the UK market in 2023.

We are initially hiring a credible and ambitious FinancialController in this unique and attractive opportunity.
The Financial Controller will oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the UK company's financial strategy and planning.

You'll be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the business as it enters into this growth phase and work closelywith the MD to produce insightful analysis.

It will be very 'hands on' to begin with, owning the finance process end to end, before building a dynamic and talented team of individuals.

You will also have support from the Group in Europe, visiting for trainingand liaising heavily with the Northern Europe CFO.

The ideal profile would be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant with a strong foundation in accounting and controls, coupled with strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial spirit.

A hospitality/retail/leisure background would be highly advantageous.

This is a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated individual with clear initiative and drive to really make their mark and add value.

You'll be given full autonomy to shape and grow the department as the business replicates an already successful model, asdemonstrated in other markets.
