Required for 30 hours per week working one-to-one with a pupil to implement EHCP targets.


We are looking for somebody who:

• has experience of working one-to-one with children with complex needs

- has had experience of successfully implementing speech and language support sessions
- has had training and experience of working with children who need support with their social communication skills
- has a passion and willingness to learn about the child they will be working with, what motivates them and the environment within which they learn best
- understands the importance of and can design and adapt visual aids to successfully support children's understanding
- can adapt a curriculum to meet the specific needs of the child they are supporting
- can successfully implement EHCP targets and record the measurable steps taken to achieve them
- has excellent communication skills and understands and upholds the importance of working collaboratively with parents and the school community.
