Customer Service Advisor
Slough
£11 per hour
Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Slough. This is a full time position on a contract basis with scope for extension.
This position is full office based in Slough.

Responsibilities include:
Acting as a first point of contact for customers into various services for the client
Booking appointments and signposting for other services when required
Maintaining up to date and accurate records

Skills and requirements:
Experience in a face to face or telephone based customer focused environment
Strong communication skills, both oral and verbal
Educated to GCSE Level C or above Maths and English
