EXPERIENCED Book Keeper/Administrator wanted.

805 Restaurant is an established brand in the London Restaurant scene and African cuisine in particular. We are seeking an Administrator/Book-Keeper to support our growth and help reduce costs. The role of Book Keeper and Administrator is integral to this development.

The duties of the Book Keeper/Administrator is;

  • Maintain financial records and ensuring company's books are uptodate, and accurate
  • Oversee general ledger entries, account payable and receivable, cash management, and reconciliation of financial statements
  • Utilizing our accounting app appropriately as well as verifying and resolving discrepancies in the account books properly
  • Support administrative functions that include managing phone calls, mails and scheduling of appointments with the clients as well as escalating customer issues with the appropriate person
    For this reason Office Based:
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial information and reports and other paperwork
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial records
  • Working closely with HR personnel to recruit, select, and provide training to the new employees.

Up to £30,000.00 per year
