Description
Completing Work in progress, Quality Checks and Health and Safety Audits whilst Engineers on site.

  • Build and maintain relationships with client(s), tenants and external customers.
  • Daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the Contracts Manager.
  • Attend internal and external meetings and report on progress to date.
  • Adhere to all deadlines set and meet department objectives.
  • Provide relief cover, if required, to oversee Engineer workloads.
  • Ensure paperwork is returned and checked, and any remedial works set are completed.
  • Provide Toolbox Talks to Engineers and Subcontractors.
  • Provide relief cover, if required, to attend weekly office meetings (performance to KPIs), and weekly/monthly external contract meetings.
  • Assist in the organisation of annual preappraisals for the contract team.
  • Investigate any complaints, ensuring the Company Complaint Procedure is followed.
  • Check Engineer standards i.e. uniform, appearance etc, including onthejob Engineer audits.
  • Check Engineer understanding of Health, Safety and Environment responsibilities/duties and Company Procedures.
  • Check engineers have completed their weekly vehicle and equipment check on their own van/tools.
  • Act as first point of call for Contract team within allocated region, including administration and engineers, for any complaints, grievances or issues they may have.
  • Assist the Contract Manager in achieving 100% on all LGSR's. / 1st time fix on repair work Provide oncall support/escalation as required.
  • Any other reasonable duties.

Qualifications Required:

  • Valid Gas Safe Card ACS qualifications
  • Full, clean driving Licence
  • Extensive experience of the industry
  • An indepth understanding of the duties required for the Service and Repair Engineers.
  • An approachable and positive rolemodel to other members of the team.
  • Proactive with a cando attitude, demonstrating the Phoenix values.
  • Ensure all administration tasks are performed in line with company procedures.
  • Offer a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

Experience:

Gas Engineering: 3 years (preferred)
