We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Bank Reconciliation Administrator, working 3 days per week, to join the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS).

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and hardworking team player to join our Finance Team. This is a hands-on and varied role, where you will be working with 6 other people in the team, and reporting in to the Accounts Supervisor


Requirements:


  • Daily bank reconciliations of bank accounts in Euro, Dollar, and Sterling. Investigate any unknown transactions to ensure all reconciliations are completed daily.
  • Possess firstrate numerical and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Possession of good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Handling various queries, as well as adhoc finance duties, whilst also supporting the wider finance team.
  • Computer literate with experience in accounting packages.
  • Bookkeeping experience.

The Directorate


Finance sits within the Operations Directorate, alongside our People and Facilities Teams, and supports the organisation in delivering on its long-term objectives.

The position would suit a conscientious, detail-orientated individual who has prior experience in a bookkeeping role.


How we are currently working
We continue to support our employees to work flexibly and from home.

There is an expectation for this role to attend the London office on occasions where there is a need to do so; otherwise, the majority of the role can be done at home.
