The Company:

This small, tech-based insight business is very much a disruptor agency in the insight world.

They offer real-time qual and quant data, as well as ad hoc research data, feeding into clients' strategic decisions around branding and innovation.


The Opportunity:

They are now seeking a pro-active Sales Director to focus on new business within the FMCG sector. This is a high profile role, taking growth to the next level, mainly through subscription-based sales.

There will be plenty of opportunities for progression within the Sales and Marketing function, including recruiting and managing a team.


About you:


The ideal person will have a solid network within the global FMCG space and will have an excellent track record in sales - particularly winning new business.

It's likely that this will have been gained in a research agency environment.

You will enjoy getting out and meeting clients at conferences and events both in the UK and globally (the frequency of this is flexible depending on the individual's circumstances).


Salary & Benefits:

£90,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus sales-related bonus and equity shares. Hybrid working.
