To deliver our promises to our customers we are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focussed individual to appoint to the following key position:

Community Legal Officer Salary:
£30,194 per annum

Permanent

The main purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently manage anti-social behaviour cases and fraud in line with FCHO policy.

To provide specialist advice and support to customers and colleagues throughout the business to prevent anti-social behaviour and other significant breaches of tenancy agreements.

To undertake investigations into allegations of anti-social behaviour and social housing fraud from initial complaint, liaising and building relationships with customers and relevant agencies, management of any court orders or actions, including committal proceedings, including attendance at court.
