We now have an exciting opportunity for a Administration Co-ordinator to join our team.Reporting to an Operations Manager, the role holder is responsible for a variety of key administrative tasks within the Verification Operations department that support and enable the delivery of the operational service.
Key responsibilities:
- Support effective resource planning through managing annual leave and flexitime requests for the department in line with set guidelines.
- Raise and receipt purchase orders for a variety of operational services.
- Coordinate a monthly Employee Forum, working with line managers to ensure a wide range of representatives from across the department are in attendance.
- Coordinate timely reviews of all standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure these remain uptodate and signed off by Process Owners.
- .Coordinate any system access requests for both new and existing employees.
- Collate data and statistics on behalf of the management team to support informed decisions.
- Support GDPR compliance through timely reviews of information held in drives.
What you bring:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written English communication skills (spelling, grammar, and fluency).
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise own work.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel packages
