About Our Client

An impressive customer-focused financial planning and wealth practice has an opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Lichfield.

This role offers full work from home or office flexibility.

About the Role

This role will support a Chartered Financial Planner with back office admin and client coordination across advice cases for investment, estate, retirement and lifestyle planning.

The main duties of this role include;

Supporting new and existing business cases
Preparing documentation for client meetings
Responding to client enquiries
Provide preparation for client reviews
Liaising with providers and third parties
Updating systems
Work alongside advice and technical support colleagues
Ensure high standards at all times

Applicant requirements;

Ideally, this opportunity will suit and individual with a background in support and administration across Financial Planning for IFA's, Financial Planners or Financial/ Wealth Advisers.
