- Professionally and courteously answer incoming calls.
- Direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
General Office Work:
- Perform general clerical duties to support daytoday operations.
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner.
- Assist in data entry tasks as needed.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.
- Assist with inquiries and provide information as needed.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient office functioning.
- Assist in coordinating office events or activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
