Responsibilities:

Answering Telephone Calls:


  • Professionally and courteously answer incoming calls.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Take and relay messages accurately.

General Office Work:


  • Perform general clerical duties to support daytoday operations.
  • Maintain office files and records in an organized manner.
  • Assist in data entry tasks as needed.

Customer Service:


  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Assist with inquiries and provide information as needed.

Collaboration:


  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient office functioning.
  • Assist in coordinating office events or activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
