WS & Co is a fully outsourced accountancy provider for clients in the hospitality industry, with multiple offices in the UK & one in the US.

We are looking for a part time recruiter to join our London office.

If successful, you will be responsible for advertising job vacancies, reviewing CVs and interviewing applicants that are suitable for Williams Stanley & Co.

ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
  • Able to identify people with the right skills as well as cultural fit good at headhunting and sifting to find the right type of people that will love to work with us
  • Knowledge of job hunting websites and the best places to post job advertisements
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times, ensuring that personal details are recorded and stored as appropriate and in line with data protection.
  • As part of the role, some HR admin will be required, especially from a Training and Development perspective.

ABOUT YOU:


  • Motivated to make a difference
  • At least 2 years experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Has experience of working across the recruitment process, as an internal recruiter
  • Has run recruitment processes from start to finish, managing from initial introduction and screening, through to scheduling interviews, setting up meetings for colleagues in the business, etc
  • Have some HR knowledge
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to work competently with all Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Well organised with the ability to multitask
  • Flexible
  • Experience of working in a hospitality or accountancy environment is preferable, however not essential
  • Right to live and work in the UK
