This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our ever-growing creative production team, producing content for an amazing variety of our owned social brands.


THE ROLE
Caters Media Group is looking for a brilliant Social Media Exec.


Objectives of this Role:


  • Managing the overall content strategy for brands across specific channels
  • Interpreting social media data and using that information to improve performance and growth
  • Understanding brand guideline to make sure content from editors is correct
  • Managing editors as well as editor's workflow
  • Managing the page schedule
  • Assisting with editing if needed
  • Sourcing great content for our brand as well as Contacting content providers to obtain permission for use of content clips

Necessary skills

  • 2+ years of video editing on social
  • Good knowledge of social media industry
  • Social editing and publishing of content
  • Birmingham Based

Desired Skills

  • Previous experience working in a social media/marketing environment
  • Previous experience working within a large team Career
  • Worked on YouTube, Snapchat and Facebook
  • Experience using Adobe creative suite including Premiere pro.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham, B18 6BL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Social Media: 2 years (preferred)
