Basic Salary:
Starting at £22,00 (Expected £35,000 - £40,000 OTE in within 12 months). Commission uncapped.

Reporting to:
Director, New Business

Company Overview

Intelligent Loans specialises in the sourcing and arranging of specialist mortgage solutions for a network of UK wide mortgage advisors.

Our lending panel, with relationships developed over 15 years, is extensive, meaning we can help borrowers in a range of differing circumstances.

Role Overview

Maintain an up to date and relevant knowledge of specialist lending products
Develop relationships with UKwide Mortgage Advisors & IFA's
Ability and willingness to follow a structured development plan with the purpose of achieving adviser status in chosen business area
Work towards completion of CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 qualifications
Operate within Intelligent Loans data protection policies and procedures
Operate within Intelligent Loans compliance policies as relevant to the role
Operate within Intelligent Loans HR policies and company handbook

About You

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage high volume of cases
