What You Will Do:

Lead Community Initiatives: Develop and run programs that connect us with the community, raise our profile, and attract new caregivers and clients.

Organise Events: Plan and host events, both online and in person, to strengthen our community ties and increase our visibility.

Build Relationships: Establish lasting partnerships with local groups, businesses, and individuals to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.

Create Engaging Campaigns: Design and implement creative campaigns to effectively communicate our message and mission to the community; working in partnership with our marketing department.

Create Content: Generate engaging content from local events and interactions with caregivers and clients.

Train and Lead: Guide care professionals to become community champions, representing our values and mission.

Champion Communication: Ensure clear, efficient communication, particularly through regular newsletters, and maintain professional interactions.

Present with Impact: Deliver powerful presentations to various groups, championing the work of Home Instead.

Analyse and Optimise: Monitor our programs' performance and find ways to make them even better.

Work with Our Teams: Collaborate with our care teams and management for effective community outreach.
Your Skills and Qualities:

Great at Connecting: Skilled in networking and influencing, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Experienced in Engagement: Background in community or corporate engagement, with creative problem-solving skills.

Digitally Savvy: Knowledgeable in modern digital engagement strategies.

Analytical and Organised: Proficient in CRM databases and strong in organisational abilities.

Eager to Learn: Committed to personal growth and continuous learning.

Flexible and Mobile: Willing to travel and available for evening and weekend events, where required.

Driver's License: A full, clean UK driving license.
