Age UK Manchester provides a much needed and efficient Home from Hospital Service, supporting hospital discharge at Wythenshawe Hospital, and Manchester Royal Infirmary.

The service provides discharged patients with a time-limited package of practical and social support. We do not provide personal or registered care.

We operate seven days a week, including Bank Holidays.


As this service will operate seven days a week, successful applicants will be required to work on a rota that includes weekends and Bank Holidays.

The hours are 10:00am-6:00pm and enhancements will be paid for working Bank Holidays.


Applications from licensed drivers with access to a vehicle will be a plus as will those who are able to start immediately.


Job Types:
Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
