Description
The purpose of a Social Club Steward/Stewardess is to provide a high level of service within a licenced premises and to oversee the day to day running of the Social Club which includes:To maintain the club premises and ensure health and safety regulations are observed
Opening, closing and manning the bar along with bar staff when on shift
Provide a friendly, efficent and professional service to members and handle any complaints or queries in a professional manner
To employ and manage bar, door and kitchen staff inline with current regulations ensuring excellent customer service and completing weekly timesheets
Ensure highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
Enforcing club rules and regulations
Ordering and maintaining tight control on stock levels
Liaise with the Secretary and suppliers to obtain best possible prices and deals
Control celler maintainence and quality of product
Daily reconciliation of bar takings
Overall responsiblity for the security, cleanliness,presentation, services and facilities offered to club members
Help plan and organise special events and activities
Ability to work under pressure and be part of a team
Excellent organisational and IT skills

Pay:
Up to £33,000.00 per year
