Responsibilities include:
- Administer medication and treatments.
- Provide personal care.
- Follow detailed support plans and risk assessments.
- Manage complex conditions safely and PEGs, Tracheostomies, VNS, Ventilators etc.
- Work alongside team leaders as required.
- Communicate with health and social care professionals.
- Assist in rehabilitation programs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- National Insurance Number
- Right to Work in UK
- Proof of address
- Be willing to undergo a DBS check (enhanced)
- Proof of relevant training undertaken
- 2 references (last employer and character)
You must be willing to undertake any training required and show commitment to your role as a carer and advocate for vulnerable individuals.
Working in homecare requires individuals to be of good character that will respect the environment they are working in and consider a whole families needs and wishes.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 36 per week
Salary:
£15.00 per hour
