Senior Care Assistant
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Carer to join our team at a reputable care home in the Doncaster.
This position specifically entails working day shifts There is currently two job openings night shift from 7.00pm to 7.00am and day shift 7.00am - 7.00am.
Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality are and support to residents during night shifts
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medication accurately and maintain detailed records
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the appropriate Healthcare Professionals
- Promote independence and dignity among residents
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a senior carer in a care home
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine passion for providing highquality care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts on a regular basis
Shift Pattern:
Night Shifts - 7.00pm am
Day Shifts - 7.00am - 7.00pm
Salary:
£13.56 per hour
