NHS Administrator - band - temporary - fully on-site.
Suitable locations to be discussed and are fully on-site, no remote or hybrid working.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Schedule appointments
- Update patient records
- Provide excellent reception service including telephone cover
- Provide administrative support to the team and service
- Liaise with all staff and visitors
- Adhere to Trust values
The Successful Applicant:
NHS Administrator - band - temporary - fully on-site.
Suitable locations to be discussed and are fully on-site, no remote or hybrid working.
- Previous role in the NHS/healthcare/public sector
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to build relationships with staff at all levels
- Be computer literate
What's on Offer:
- NHS Administrator
- TEMPORARY fully onsite
- Band 3 £ £2.16 holiday pay = £16.03 hourly pay rate
- Submit weekly timesheets for hours worked
- Full NHS vetting before the start date can be confirmed
- This includes, but is not limited to, face to face meeting to screen right to work, DBS, training modules, 3 years references, onboarding forms
- Locations and Trusts to be discussed including, Southall, West, South, North & Central London
