About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join Arrow Business Communications as one of our Customer Support Advisors.

As part of your role you will ensure that our customers are met with friendly, helpful and factual advice when they contact our service desk for support.

The role exists to ensure that our customers get the very best support and that tickets are logged, moved through our system and resolved within contractual service levels.

The role will ensure that we meet our core customer pledge to give the very best support and value to our customers at all times.


What you'll do

  • Prioritise, plan and manage own workload when faced with multiple tasks and work to deadlines and targets.
  • Be a contact point for customer queries both externally and internally for any customer related issues.
  • Liaise and work with Suppliers to ensure full resolution of the ticket. Continuously contact the supplier for an update and keep the customer informed throughout the ticket cycle
  • Work closely with the wider teams, transferring customer tickets and capturing the required information for customer resolution

Requirements:


Essential

  • Full UK Driving license
  • Be a customerfocused individual who is selfmotivated and can manage their own workload
  • Be a problem solver and have the ability to learn products and processes within a timely manner
  • Have high attention to detail and take ownership of internal and customerimpacting issues
  • Be able to work as part of a wide and varied team
  • Have the ability to multitask and work within a pressurised and fastmoving environment
  • Exposure of working to strict SLAs
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A strong desire to learn and develop

Desireable

  • Experience of working in a technical customer service support role.
  • Working experience of troubleshooting and administering VoIP systems, Internet Service & SIP
