The Opportunity


Within our talent acquisition organisation we provide a dynamic, collaborative environment which is focused on providing tailored end-to-end recruiting strategies for Caterpillar's Energy and Transportation (E&T) segment and associated business units.


  • You'll also support company initiatives including but not limited to; Diversity and Inclusion activities, process improvements and project participation
  • Challenges include meeting expectations in delivering results, learning to refine solutions to better fit complex situations, making timely decisions, and communicating effectively. Strong initiative and relationshipbuilding skills are a must.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:


  • Extensive talent acquisition experience gained ideally within both agency and inhouse roles
  • Strong background of recruiting for professional, salaried and management roles up to senior level
  • Ability to understand business strategies and develop recruitment solutions to meet present and future needs. This position requires a high level of energy and flexibility and demands applicable knowledge to resolve human resources related questions and issues.
  • Ability to engage with multiple levels of the organization to lead and coordinate efforts for recruiting team(s) assigned to support requisitions in the span of support without a solid line reporting relationship
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:


  • Ability to analyse and interpret data including recruiting metrics, recruitment channels etc. to measure team performance and success of recruiting initiatives
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of Workday
