Boxtree are currently working with a well-established insurance brokerage that are looking to appoint a Claims Manager to join their growing team of claims handlers, specialising in Property, Professional Indemnity, and Liability classes.

They are lookingfor an experienced individual that is keen on managing a team, sharing their skills and knowledge, and enabling the team to develop.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for looking after and overseeing claims handling for property, liability, and PI claims
  • Liaising with loss adjusters, claims assessors and solicitors
  • Attending monthly and quarterly meetings
  • Carrying out MI and reporting the same to management
  • Managing large and complex losses

Required:

  • Experience of property, liability, and PI claims
  • Knowledge of ECF and MOJ claims portal
