Working with some of the world's leading brands and categories of fast moving goods and services such as American Candy, Duracell, Rizla/Raw, Elf Bar, Lost Mary, Crystal & a number of value-add services suitable for retailers, they supply 13,000+ convenience stores as well as major national retailers & wholesalers such as Morrison's, Co-op, SPAR, Booker, Dhamecha, Parfetts and more.


Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey as a FMCG Multi-Category Manager? We are in search of an outgoing and dynamic individual to join our clients team and play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening the range & diversity of products on offer, outside of Vape, on their market leading mobile shopping platform for retailers.

As a FMCG Multi Category Manager, you will be seeking new categories/trends, meeting brand owners and suppliers, onboarding new products and managing relationships & supply chain.


Responsibilities:


  • Understanding and keeping uptodate with convenience store industry, category & product knowledge
  • Sourcing new suppliers, brands and products suitable for being sold in convenience stores.
  • Onboarding 100s of new products to the Company, which are then sold to thousands of retailers.
  • Managing procurement, margins and pricing for all products sold through the company outside of Vape.

Requirements:


  • Negotiation: prior experience required as a FMCG manager/Buyer or in a similar role.
  • Social: build enduring relationships with our suppliers.
  • Relationship Architect: build and maintain robust relationships both internally and externally
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Planning and Organisation: managing 100s of SKUs requires a highly organised individual.
  • Business Strategist: commercially astute and accustomed to working with sales figures and targets.
  • Leadership Luminary: leadership and team management skills, will become necessary as your department expands.

Salary:
£40,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
