Job Description - Junior Valuer
Key responsibilities;

• Conduct property valuations and appraisals to determine accurate market values, with the help of senior valuers
• Provide clients with professional advice on pricing, marketing strategies, and property presentation
• Collaborate with senior valuers and agents to bring in more business
• Prepare details for property listings, descriptions, and marketing materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service at all times

Skills & Experience;

• Career focused with a strong work ethic and the ability to work within a team
• Excellent customer service both on the phone and in person
• An influential communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property
• Confident with a professional manner
• Experience of listing properties required
