We are looking to hire an outgoing, customer orientated part time sales advisor with a can-do attitude at our busy Norwich Tile & Stone Gallery showroom.

We are a highly successful, respected and progressive private business in the tile industry, selling high quality tiles and tiling products with over 50 years of trading behind us.

The Role
This role offers a wide and interesting range of work.

Selling to both retail and trade, you will help customers select the right products based on their budget and specification while providing technical support where necessary, keeping regular contact with trade customers and assisting the branch team in meeting the highest standards of showroom presentation and merchandising.

Working 3 days per week (including some Saturdays)


Knowledge, skills and experience

• Some retail and selling experience are desirable
• An enthusiastic, cheerful manner with the ability to communicate well and a flexible, peopleorientated approach to everything you do
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers
• You need to be physically fit
• Good organisational skills
• A resilient, positive approach to work
• A willingness to learn and gain knowledge
