We are pleased to announce an exciting new job opportunity for the role of a
ZERO HOUR WORKER Sessional Youth Worker at Gorse Hill Studios.


This position offers a unique chance to make a positive impact in our community and support the growth and development of young people.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about working with youth to join our team.


Position:
Sessional Youth Worker


shifts:
Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm; Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm


Pay:

NLW

Key Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and engage with young people as they arrive for sessions.
  • Provide dropin support and assistance to young people accessing our services.
  • Monitor and document participant engagement through VIEWS monitoring.
  • Support young people in participating in sessions and activities.
  • Conduct building and health & safety checks to ensure a safe environment.
  • Collect feedback from participants to inform program improvements.
