We are a family run company who specialise in whole house retrofit.

Our aim is to simply install insulation and renewable technologies to lower fuel bills and carbon footprint in Social Housing and Privately owned properties across the North West and Yorkshire.

We are a Q-Bot Accredited installer and are currently looking to grow our team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Underfloor Insulation Surveyor.

As a key member of our insulation surveying team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive surveys of residential and commercial properties.

The primary focus of the role is to determine the suitability of properties for Q-Bot underfloor insulation installation by creating access points and assessing various structural factors.

The surveys will be carried out across the North West and Yorkshire daily.

Duties

Lift various flooring types to create access points in floorboards
Survey the subfloor conditions to check if property is suitable for Q-Bot Underfloor Insulation
Carry out multiple surveys per day
Ensure property and flooring is placed back to a high level

Skills

Ability to use hand tools and power tool effectively and safely
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Problem solving skills
Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
Construction knowledge

Salary:
£27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
