ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The Area business intelligence executive role will be essential to support cross-category pricing and trade insights agenda across area.
Monitor performance across categories, generate and update of regular reporting for retail audit, interpretation of pricing outcomes are key focused activities for this role.
Manage research agency to ensure smooth delivery of pricing studies, timely and accurate retail audit reporting will be essential as well.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
Business Intelligence is newly formed stream within Growth Management sub-function with key focus on consolidation of knowledge and insights around pricing and trade performance.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Accumulate knowledge regarding performance in retail audit across Nicotine categories
- Generate new reporting templates, regular timely and accurate update of reporting, ensure constant improvement of templates and existing WoW
- Mastery in databases usage and utilization
- Nielsen Answers, PlusSuits, Power BI, Excel Pivot tables, etc.
- Maintaining the organisation of information worksheets and documents
- Provide accurate retail audit and pricing information to Marketing teams to support their plans
- Contribution into AdHoc analysis regarding pricing and retail audit performance
- Create a cross functional network to ensure engagement and relevance of insights
- Coordinate price related research studies and retail audit
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- Data analytics, confident database usage (Nielsen, Power BI)
- Experience in prioritising tasks, managing workload and working under pressure
- Strong project management incl. 3rd party agencies management
- Experience managing people/Stakeholder management
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Strong analytical skills
- Project management
- Collaboration skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Notably Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Strong commercial experience in relevant fields
BENEFICIAL
- Prior experience with retail audit tools (i.e., Nielsen) is not required but will be considered a plus
