    LOCATION: Hammersmith

    JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent

    HOURS: Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, flexibility needed for events

    Do you thrive in a vibrant work environment? As a Receptionist & Events Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the Office Manager, sales, and occasionally the marketing department. Here are some key responsibilities you'll embrace:

    Control and manage incoming/outgoing mail
    Serve as the first point of contact by answering the switchboard and welcoming visitors with enthusiasm
    Become proficient with the CRM system, acting as a 'help desk' for users
    Verify and approve opportunities in Salesforce
    Foster strong relationships with colleagues and assist in managing daily office operations
    Ensure a seamless rebook process for onsite events
    Distribute confirmation letters to clients, keeping everyone updated
    Maintain the accuracy of figures between the CRM and company reports
    Manage office supplies and oversee office calendars
    Participate in ad-hoc tasks as needed for smooth operations

    Flexible and open to attending onsite exhibitions, primarily in the UK and occasionally abroad
