Pay Rate:
£25.33 UMB p/h

Location-Enfield

Reports to:
Resilience and Resettlement Team Leader

Purpose of the Role:

Join our team as a Specialist Resettlement Housing Coordinator within the Homeless Casework Service.

You will provide expert casework to single homeless applicants with complex needs, assisting them in transitioning from institutions to suitable housing and improving housing sustainment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to homeless applicants and key partners.
Offer specialist homelessness casework to single applicants with complex support needs leaving institutions.
Ensure all casework complies with legislation, policies, and initiatives at national, regional, and local levels.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance outcomes for single homeless applicants.
Contribute to promoting safeguarding best practices within the Housing Advisory Service.
Support the development of the Homeless Casework Service and wider Housing Advisory Service.
