As a BIMS Quality Supervisor you have a really important role We couldn't be prouder of our food and as a Quality Supervisor you will be absolutely instrumental in ensuring that our food is perfect every time.

Alongside working on shift yourself, you will monitor, coach and train so that the food and drink that we serve is of the upmost quality.

• Monitoring and measuring food processes and food quality
• Coaching your colleagues on how to make improvements
• Preparing and delivering training to ensure excellent quality at all times
• Ensuring that safety standards are always maintained in the kitchen
• Working in the restaurant and kitchen

• A natural ability to communicate well with lots of different people
• Some experience in training or coaching
• A passion for doing things properly, every time
• Lots of energy and someone who enjoys working at pace
• Kitchen experience
