    Description

Mission: We're building the most engaged digital audiences in the world.

    The Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing talent; whether influencers, creators, or artists and a proven track record of securing consistent monthly bookings.

This role requires someone who excels at relationship management, negotiation, and campaign execution. You'll oversee a roster of high-performing talent, manage brand partnerships end-to-end, and contribute strategically to the growth and success of both the talent and the wider business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and develop a portfolio of talent, overseeing their day-to-day activities, career progression, and commercial growth.
    • Secure and negotiate brand partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns that align with each talent's profile and goals.
    • Confidently close deals and maintain consistent monthly booking performance.
    • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from brief to contract to execution, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Provide line management, guidance, and training to a Talent Assistant, delegating tasks effectively and overseeing administrative processes.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless campaign management.

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years' experience in talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment, or brand partnerships.
    • Proven success in booking and managing consistent monthly campaigns.
    • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience, ideally managing junior team members.
    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and contracts.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • A collaborative team player with a passion for talent development and brand partnerships.
