Interim Chief Technology Officer

Location:
Zurich, Switzerland


Oliver James are seeking an interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our client who are a technology company in the Zurich area.

The CTO will be responsible for driving the company's technology strategy and ensuring that their products and servicesmeet the needs of our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals
  • Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that support the growth and success of the company
  • Oversee and help scale the technology team in Zurich to ensure that new products are delivered on time and to specification
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify and address technical challenges
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of software development, data management, and IT infrastructure
  • Experience developing and implementing technology strategies
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in German or French is a plus
