**The Role:- *
- Experienced Executive Assistant with an established history of working at Csuite level
- Skilled in working in fast paced environments, high attention to detail, excellent rapport building, confident public speaking, proven capability with multitasking and forward planning
- High level of ICT skills in Microsoft Office packages including: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Min 2years
- Base 24k
- 95 Office based

Responsibilities:
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Type memoranda, letters, narrative reports and other items in final format
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing
- Resolve officerelated malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Greet visitors and provide station information to visitors
Must Have:
- Previous working experience as an Office Assistant for 2 years
- Handson experience with "backoffice" computer systems (ERP software)
- Indepth knowledge of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Nice to have:
- Manage records and files
- Create documents, including correspondence and reports
- Handle travelrelated bookings
Process mail
- Maintain office equipment
- Conduct research
