  • Experienced Executive Assistant with an established history of working at Csuite level
  • Skilled in working in fast paced environments, high attention to detail, excellent rapport building, confident public speaking, proven capability with multitasking and forward planning
  • High level of ICT skills in Microsoft Office packages including: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Clear written and verbal communication

Responsibilities:


  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Type memoranda, letters, narrative reports and other items in final format
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages

  • Resolve officerelated malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Greet visitors and provide station information to visitors

Must Have:


  • Previous working experience as an Office Assistant for 2 years
  • Handson experience with "backoffice" computer systems (ERP software)
  • Indepth knowledge of office management procedures
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical problem solver


Nice to have:


  • Manage records and files
Update paperwork and databases

  • Create documents, including correspondence and reports
Book appointments

  • Handle travelrelated bookings
Maintain supplies and order more when inventory is low
