Created in 2003 with a small jewellery kiosk in Northern Ireland
Karine & Co.Contemporary jewellery and watches is now a multi retail and wholesale company with its own successful brands well established throughout Ireland with over 250 retail clients.


The Role:


  • You will be required to work 5 DAYS per week.
  • You will sell and promote the Company's products (watches and jewellery). You will also collect potential leads/new customers and expected to do some cold calling.
  • You will ensure the client meets the Company's standards (merchandising and pos) during each visit.
  • You will report your activity to the Directors
  • The position involved driving throughout ireland. The position is part office based and part on the road. 2 to days in the office and 2 days on the road visiting clients.
  • 12+ years' experience in a similar sales role.
  • Must be target driven with a passion for sales and comfortable working autonomously.
- ideally you will be based in county armagh

Salary

  • Basic rate of pay: +5% Commission on every order taken. + Fuel Travel allowance. One year experience in sales role required.

Required experience:

  • Good sales skills essential.

  • Driving license

  • Conduct sales visits and presentations to potential clients in assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
