Property Maintenance Administrator

  • Dealing with contractors and customers
  • Booking maintenance jobs
  • Chasing maintenance jobs/quotes
  • Assisting the team with various tasks
  • Providing support to the property management team on a daytoday basis.
  • Carrying out quarterly property inspections

We are looking for a Property Maintenance Administrator to join our expanding Property Management/Maintenance department.

We are a client-centric company and build close relationships with them.

In this role, you will be exposed to all areas of our business operations that support our clients and have the opportunity to work with clients in some of the most exclusive areas of London.


We're not just looking for a data entry robot, we are looking for someone who cares for the clients they work with, that wants to get to know them.

Our team are our front line in helping our clients' properties stay well-maintained and compliant.


You will have a desire and respect for your work which means you always want to do your best for yourself, the client, and your colleagues.


Experience
At this time, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You will have some experience in a customer service role, ideally in the maintenance and or property sector.
