Head of Data Architecture - Remote Working - Package £95,000

A Head of Data Architecture with experience in the management of data information architecture teams is required by a UK-leading consultancy.

In this role, you will manage a team of data and information architects, develop a comprehensive data and informationarchitecture strategy, and ensure that the company's data and information architecture objectives are met.

The role can be fully remote if needed as the team all over the UK and European based that you will be managing.

Essential Experience:

Excellent experience in data and information architecture management. Data Governance would be good also.
Proven experience developing a comprehensive data and information architecture strategy, driving this forward.
Strong knowledge of data and information management technologies, architecture, and data models
Expertise in developing data and information architecture solutions and strategies
Ability to work independently and manage teams of teams of at least 20 people
Excellent communication, problemsolving, and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain a data and information architecture that meets organizational needs
Implement data and information architectures that are optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Analyze data and information requirements to determine the most appropriate data and information architecture
Develop and execute plans to migrate existing data and information systems to the new architecture
Manage the design and development of data and information models and ensure they are in compliance with industry standards
Develop and document data and information architecture best practices
Research and evaluate emerging data and information architecture technologies and trends
Manage the performance and scalability of data and information architectures

You must be a people person and willing to take an already high-performing team to its next level and drive ever-growing customer satisfaction.

You must be an evangelist for Data & Information Architecture services and have the ability and willingness towork and influence decisions in the wider Data team.

Part of this role will be to recruit and grow the team further.

My client is looking to pay a starting salary of between £80,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + 10% contributory pension.

This role can be fully remote if needed as long as you can travel to one of the offices in the UK, such as London, Birmingham,Bristol, Manchester etc.
