Job Purpose

Manage the delivery of accounts, confidently using software including Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
Prepare financial statements to completion, with mínimal senior input.
Lead the onsite audit team, overseeing assignments and deadlines.
Oversee junior team members, reviewing working and providing constructive mentorship.
Liaise with clients and third parties, building trusted and longlasting relationships.
Confidently network and undertake business development activities.
Support the senior management team with ad hoc duties as needed.

ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified with experience across audit and accounts.
Strong working knowledge of accounting software.
Selfmotived with attention to detail.
Sound analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent IT skills and customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
Good time management and punctual.
Ability to motivate a team, providing support and advice.
