SEN Teaching Assistant - Graduate


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the delivery of the curriculum, including lesson planning and preparation
  • Work oneonone with students or in small groups to support their learning and development
  • Help students with special needs to manage their behavior and stay on track in class
  • Communicate with parents, teachers, and other members of the education team to ensure that students receive the best possible support
  • Keep accurate records and make observations to help teachers monitor and evaluate student progress

Qualifications and experience:

  • A degree in Psychology
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
