Your duties will include but are not limited to:- Booking and following up on new calls outs (Including installations, breakdowns and maintenances)
- Raising quotes for parts / equipment repairs and submitting to customers for approval.
- Liaising with our Spares team to obtain delivery updates for spare parts
- Reviewing completed site visits to ensure accuracy for invoicing.
- Reviewing and responding to customer invoice queries.
- Liaising with engineers, supervisors and management to ensure completion of customer call out requests (including installations, breakdowns and maintenances) in line with their contracts.
- Well organised
- Have good communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure or in a busy environment
- Proficient in both telephone and written communication skills
- Basic undertanding of Excel, Word and Outlook.
Full training on software system will be provided.
