Description
Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Booking and following up on new calls outs (Including installations, breakdowns and maintenances)
  • Raising quotes for parts / equipment repairs and submitting to customers for approval.
  • Liaising with our Spares team to obtain delivery updates for spare parts
  • Reviewing completed site visits to ensure accuracy for invoicing.
  • Reviewing and responding to customer invoice queries.
  • Liaising with engineers, supervisors and management to ensure completion of customer call out requests (including installations, breakdowns and maintenances) in line with their contracts.
  • Well organised
  • Have good communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure or in a busy environment
  • Proficient in both telephone and written communication skills
  • Basic undertanding of Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience in a previous customer service or office environment is preferred but not essential.

Full training on software system will be provided.

From £22,000.00 per year
