Job Description:

We are looking for an administrator working on a flexible hours basis for a 6 month FTC. Within this role you will be a part of the administration team based at our Nottingham offices.

Reporting directly to the Senior Administrator, you will effectively support the day-to-day office procedures and administration tasks for all Bosch training programmes in the UK.


This is a critical role to the organistaion involving accurate input of data and adherence to quality assurance procedures and processes to meet the requirements of Government Funded Apprenticeship programme provision provided by Robert Bosch Ltd.

Within this role day to day tasks will include;

  • Support the Administration and Data Manager with the input of government funded contract information / data around apprenticeship starts, reviews, progression, achievers, leavers, certification and conducting audits inline with Government Funding Rules and across national contracts.
  • Support with monitoring and evaluation of the latest ESFA funding rules and ILR specifications and support with any changes/implementations that are required to ensure compliance
  • Support general administration duties and office procedures.
  • Support with day to day requests from the operational team and the training team.
  • Support the Senior Administrator with purchasing / invoice requests.
  • Support with organising Apprentice of the Year / Graduation events and team meetings.
  • Liaising and supporting the Quality Manager UK Training and other stakeholders to ensure quality assurance is maintained across all apprenticeship programme documentation.
  • Attending any relevant team and operational meetings.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Confident telephone manner when speaking to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritise own workload and meet target deadlines.
  • Experience of Government funded apprentice training programmes is desirable, but not essential.
