As part of our transformation work and business growth we are looking to recruit two Technical and Quality Supervisors (TQS) to join our existing team of TQS'.

This is an exciting opportunity to help us meet increasing demand for our advice services in these challenging times.


Role purpose:
This role is not a management role so people without management experience can apply.


You will be responsible for supporting our paid staff and volunteers in delivering high quality information and advice to residents across Dudley Borough & Wolverhampton City.

The workforce to be supported comprises of Information Hub Facilitators, Contact Centre Assessors, Advisers and Case Workers.


About the role:

  • When in the office, coordinate the practicalities of the advice sessions taking place
  • Quality check generalist/specialist advisor and caseworker files to advice quality mark standards
  • Provide feedback to staff on the quality of work produced
  • Provide training/1:1 support on identified advice areas to improve the quality of the service.
