Up to £27,773

Company Overview
A well-established manufacturer that have global customers and are the market leader in the UK within their niche. They are now looking for a customer care coordinator to join the team due to a promotion within the business


Skills & Experience:


  • Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment in a customer service role
  • A proactive individual who has the ability to be flexible in their role whilst staying organised
  • Must be commercially savvy and has the ability to pick up on leads to provide to the wider team

Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer care to customers in line with company expectations
  • Process customer orders, answer queries and complaints and log all corespondance on the CRM system
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build relationships with customers through trust and transparency when dealing with queries from the customer

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£27,773.00 per year
