Accounts Assistant
Mercedes Benz of Basingstoke
Main Duties will include:
- Cashiering
- Processing all customer payments daily for 7 dealerships
- Filing
- Bank reconciliations
- Statement reconciliation assistance
- Management and distribution of post
- Answering internal and external customer queries
- Ad hoc assignments and projects
Applicants will have a good level of computer literacy as it will be necessary to master a number of bespoke IT systems.
We use ADP Autoline (formerly Kerridge) as a Dealer Management system and there are several 3rd party systems (Manufacturer, Bank, Credit Safe etc) that will require extensive use.
A basic working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is a minimum requirement. Full onsite training will be provided.Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday: 09: flexibility with hours/days can be taken into consideration but must work 5 days a week) with one 30 minute unpaid break
Total hours: 37.5 hours per week
