Description

A key client of ours are currently seeking to appoint a Civils Site Manager to work on a commercial/ industrial development, located in the North East on a freelance basis for 12 months but may increase depending on work demand.

The project is valued in excess of £100M which will consist of 11 buildings, office spaces and storage units.

This is a Freelance position and they are looking for someone to start immediately

Responsibilities:

Management of groundworkers and gangs
Regular reports
Client liaison
Meetings
Organising labour
Toolbox Talks
Site Inspections
H&S/RAMS
Quality checks

Requirements:

A Valid SMSTS
A Valid CSCS
Experience of working on large value heavy civil engineering schemes, commercial
Right to Work
Attention to detail
