Customer Service Representative - £30,000 plus bonuses

This company is very well known within their industry selling state of the art solutions. They're now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team based in their Fulham office. This role holds huge career progression and the opportunityto manage a small team in the future.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the company and will be responsible for providing a positive experience to all customers.

You will be in charge of answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing assistancewith product/service orders.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining customer records, processing orders, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and upselling where necessary.

Ideally, you will already have a customer service background and be an articulate self-starter who is not afraid to pick up the phone.
