Based in Clifton, Bristol, we operate several successful websites and are currently looking for a marketing specialist to join our team.

• Working with our content team to make sure all sales angles and customer buying triggers are translated into touch points, CTAs and conversion opportunities, using appropriate levels of automation to maximise resources
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services, including design layout, content creation and scheduling.
• Hubspot management manage and segment client data
• A/B testing to improve response rates and campaign performance
• Working with our business analyst to measure and enhance commercial outcomes
• Manage budgets and track expenses.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.

• A proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies that drive lead generation.
• Strong understanding of database management and customer segmentation techniques.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of privacy and data protection regulations.
• Understanding of Google ads & analytics is an advantage
